Allen has 16 years of experience as a recruitment head, with 12 of those years also serving as the head of corporate recruitment systems. He witnessed and participated in the growth of Kellyservices (a Fortune 500 company from the US) and Manpower (a Fortune 500 company from the US) in China, as well as held positions as Global Recruitment Head, APAC Recruitment Specialist, and Senior Manager of Overseas Recruitment at Huiseng (a leading company in marine engineering), Booking (the world's number one travel e-commerce platform), and Siger (a leading company in photovoltaic energy storage with a Huawei background), respectively. Due to outstanding performance, he represented the Chinese recruitment team in exchanges and learning in Tokyo, Japan, and Singapore. In 2023, he led a 15-person team mainly responsible for the development of the ChatGPT project at the Booking international hackathon.

Allen excels in dual insights, having reported directly to CEOs, deeply understanding senior management thinking. He successfully placed over 600 positions across mainland China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, as well as Singapore, Malaysia, India, Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and other regions, totaling 18 countries and territories. He led three companies in successfully pioneering digital transformations in recruitment.

Beyond professional achievements, sports and travel are his two greatest joys in life. He actively participates in the Shanghai Marathon, Zhoushan Marathon, and archery shooting competitions, having traveled to over 15 countries and regions worldwide.
